SWIFT
Spreading Wise Information For Teens
Swift is a self-help referral directory, made possible by many people in our community. Many services and resources are available to help youth deal with issues and problems. Teen years can be very difficult but do not have to be. This website hopefully will provide answers to questions you may have.

If you run into problems, ask someone who can help you. We strongly recommend that you start by talking to your parents and family. This website will help you become aware of agencies or organizations in your community which can provide the services you need and tell you where assistance can be found. We hope this directory will help you. The site is also availible to view in Spanish!
