We are accepting resumes and applications for potential candidates. Below is a list of the positions available at this time. Family Intervention Specialists, Inc. is a drug free workplace; drug testing is required. Criminal Background checks are also required. Licensed Play Therapists needed for Floyd and Gordon counties. These positions will provide services in our Play Therapy work rooms working with Medicaid and Tricare clients, focusing on families and children. This is a contract position with full-time and part-time positions available.

Requirements:

· Must have obtained Georgia Professional License LAPC, LMSW, LAMFT, LPC, LCSW, LFMT

· Must have obtained either graduate level coursework in Play Therapy or several CEU hours on the basics of Play Therapy OR have obtained Registered Play Therapist credential or are under supervision and actively seeking a Registered Play Therapist credential

· Experience in Art Therapy and/or Dance Movement Therapy is a plus

· Must have access to a computer and a cell phone

· Experience in working with Families, Acute Anxiety Disorder, PTSD, Depression and Suicide Prevention is also a plus.

Substance Abuse Clinicians needed for Cobb county. These positions will provide services for individuals with mental illnesses, addictive disease, or developmental disabilities. This position will also provide therapy and assessments working with Medicaid and Tricare clients, focusing on families and children. This is a contract position with full-time and part-time positions available.

Requirements:

· Applicant must have a certification in SA counseling (CAC, CACII, CCS, MAC, CADC, or C.A.R.E.S.)

· Georgia Professional License LAPC, LMSW, LAMFT, LPC, LCSW, LFMT or have an MA in the Mental Health field and be actively pursuing licensure is a plus

· Must have access to a computer and a cell phone

· Experience in working with Families, Acute Anxiety Disorder, PTSD, Depression and Suicide Prevention is also a plus.

Community Support Individual needed for Bartow, Gordon, and Floyd counties. These positions will conduct in-home support, working with Medicaid and Tricare clients, focusing on families and children. This is a contract position with full-time and part-time positions available.

Requirements:

· Must BA in the Mental Health field or High school diploma + 3years experience in related field

· Substance Abuse experience and training a plus

· Bilingual is a plus

· Must have access to a computer and a cell phone

· Experience in working with Families, Acute Anxiety Disorder, PTSD, Depression and Suicide Prevention is also a plus.

Licensed Therapists needed for Polk, Bartow, Gordon, and Floyd counties. These positions will provide in-home services, working with Medicaid and Tricare clients, focusing on families and children. This is a contract position with full-time and part-time positions available.

Internships: available for Paulding, Cobb, Polk, Douglas, Fulton, Gwinnett, and Dekalb counties. Interns will have many duties including but not limited to providing Individual or Family therapy services, provide skill-building for individuals and families, contact clients to schedule appointments, conduct inventions that closely follow treatment plans, develop and maintain complete and accurate clinical documentation, and participate in meetings.
